🛍️ How does digital dropshipping work?

Once you place your order, the digital product is delivered directly to your email or available as an instant download on the order confirmation page.
There’s no physical shipping, no waiting — just instant access.

📥 How will I receive my files?

You will receive a download link via email immediately after purchase. You can also access your files directly from the checkout confirmation screen.

📧 I didn’t receive my download. What should I do?

First, check your spam/junk folder. If it’s not there, contact us at spbaloch93@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll resend it right away.

🔁 Can I get a refund?

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are considered final once the download link is sent. However, if your file is corrupted, incorrect, or unusable, please reach out and we’ll fix the issue or offer a replacement.

🔒 Is my payment secure?

Absolutely. We use trusted third-party payment processors like 2Checkout  and others to ensure your transaction is encrypted and safe. We do not store any credit card or personal payment information on our servers.

🖥️ What formats are your products delivered in?

Our digital products come in a variety of formats, depending on the item:

No — Digital Digs is a 100% digital store. All products are downloadable files. You will not receive any physical goods.
